Ingredients

Tamarind, Red Chillies, Coriander Seeds, Bengal Gram Dal (Chana Dal), Black Gram Dal (Urad Dal), Sesame Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek, Asafoetida (Hing), Curry Leaves, Salt, Turmeric

Recipe

Cook 1 cup of rice and let it cool slightly.
Mix 2–3 tsp of Kwality Puliogare Powder with the rice.
Add 1–2 tsp of hot ghee or oil while mixing.
For enhanced taste, add tempered mustard seeds, peanuts & curry leaves.
Serve with curd, papad, or fryums.
