cut 200g paneer into 1/2inch cubes and fry them in ghee/oil till golden.separately fry 2 chopped onilon till golden in half cup ghee/oil. Add 2chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 min.add salt to taste, 1/2 tsp kwality Mirchi, 3tsp kawlity kitchen king and cook for 3 min. add 4 peeles porartoes,cut,lengthwise and half cupt of peas.Stir for 3 min,add 3 cups of water and let them simmer for 10 min. Add Paneer cubes and simmer further for 5 min till the potatoes are tender.sprinkle pinchfull Kwality kasuri methi leaves,stir ans serve with chapati.
