Kwality Pani Puri Masala imparts the real tangy flavour to the pani puri prepared at home.
Available in the pack size of 50gm Box
1. Grind 2 cups of mint leaves, 8-10 green chillies, 1 ginger and 1 sour lime to paste.
2. Add the paste to 1½L of water and salt to taste.
3. Add 2 tbsp of Kwality Pani Puri Masala.
4. For added taste you may add Kwality Amchoor Powder and Kwality Chilli Powder.
5. Strain and serve with chopped boiled potatoes, boiled black chana or soaked salted boondi as fillers in the puris.
