Ingredients

“Puris: Cereal products, Iodised Salt, Sugar, Raising Agent, Edible Vegetable Oil, Acidity Regulator Spicy Pani Powder: Dried Mango, Salt, Dried Mint Leaves, Black Salt, Dried Green Chilli, Black Pepper, Acidity Regulator, Ginger, Cumin, Chilli, Dried Coriander Leaves, Asafoetida Sweet Pani Powder: Dried Mango, Iodised Salt, Dried Mint Leaves, Sugar, Tamarind, Black Pepper, Dried Green Chilli, Black Salt, Cumin, Ginger, Acidity Regulator, Dried Coriander Leaves, Chilli”

Recipe

1. Mix the sweet pani powder and spicy pani powder in seprate bowls.
2. Fry the puris.
3. Make masala using boiled potato, green fresh coriander, boiled black gram, green chilli (can be optional). Add Kwality Chat Masala, salt and mash it.
4. Put the prepared potato mash in puri, dip into the sweet & spicy pani, and relish the taste.
