Maize Starch, Sodium Bi Carbonate, Sodium Aluminium Sulphate

Recipe

– 10gms of Kwality Baking Powder should be used for every 450g of flour mix.
– The baking powder should be mixed thoroughly with the flour in the dry state. This can be achieved by shifting them together two or three times.
– In order to have the best velvety texture, volume, and lightness, the final wet dough should immediately be baked in the oven.
