Ingredients

Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder, Cumin, Toor dal, Salt (10%), Turmeric powder, Mustard powder, Feungreek, Asfoetida, Black Pepper and Chilli Extract.

Recipe

Mix tamarind water, chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric & 1–1.5 tsp Kwality Rasam Powder in a pot.
Add water and simmer for 7–10 minutes.
Prepare tempering with mustard seeds, cumin, garlic, red chillies & curry leaves in ghee/oil.
Add tempering to rasam. Simmer for 1–2 mins.
Serve hot with rice or enjoy as a soup.
