Recipe

1. Soak Kwality Soya Chunks in warm salt water till it softens, or pressure cook up to one whistle. Avoid salt in case of a sweet dish.
2. Squeeze, wash, and squeeze again.
3. Mix with the ingredients of the dish.
Serving tips: Add a pinch of rose essence or cardamom powder to the sugar syrup.
