Kwality Pani Puri Masala imparts the real tangy flavour to the pani puri prepared at home.
PACK SIZES - Box : 50 gms
INGREDIENTS - Iodised Salt, Citric Acid, Cumin, Black Salt, Mint Leaves, Dry Ginger, Fennel, Black Pepper & Asafoetida.
Prepare the pani for 100 puris.
Grind 2 cups of mint leaves, 8-10 green chillies, 1 ginger and 1 sour lime to paste.
Add the paste to 1½ lt. of water and salt to taste.
Add 2 tbsp of KWALITY PANI PURI MASALA.
For added taste you may add amchoor powder and chilli.
Strain and serve with chopped boiled potatoes, boiled black chana or soaked salted boondi as fillers in the puris.
