Noodles Masala


A ready tastemaker that lends a great taste and flavour to noodles, vermicelli, and fried rice.

INGREDIENTS - Iodised Salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Onion, Edible Starch,Dehydrated Garlic, Maltodextrin, Hydrogenerated Vegetable Fat , Ginger, Turmeric, Tomato Solids, Black Pepper, Gum Powder, Cloves, Cassia, Anistar, Monosodium Glutamate, Malic Acid

This pack of Noodles Masala Contains added monosodium glutamate not recommended for infants below 1 year.


Boil 2 cups (300 ml) of water. Break 100gms noodles add to boiling water. Cook for 8-10 minutes strirring gently. When cooked, drain out the water and add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil to the noodles.

In a frying pan, heat 3 teaspoon full of oil, add the cooked noodles and 2 level tea spoon full of Kwality Noodles masala. Stir gently, simmer it for 3 minutes & serve hot.

Taste Enhancer: To make noodles more tasty & nutritious, we suggest you to add chopped & boiled carrot, beans, cabbage, onions, capsicum garlic & ginger while adding noodles masala. Serve with sauces.

Semia Upma: You can also prepare delicious semia upma by just replacing Vermicelli (Semia) for noodles & follow all above instructions. Garnish with coriander leaves, tomatoes & onions. You can use this masala for Fried Rice, Macaroni and Spaghetti.
