Gulab Jamun


The Kwality Gulab Jamun Mix is used to make mouth-watering and soft gulab jamuns for every special occasion.

INGREDIENTS - Refined Wheat flour, Milk solids(18%), Edible Vegetable Fat,Raising Agent INS 500(ii) Acidity Regulator INS 296.

Allergens: Contains gluten and milk solids.


  • Add ┬╝th measure of water gradually to 1 measure of KWALITY Gulab Jamun mix and knead gently into smooth dough. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • Apply oil/ghee on both palms, and then shape the dough into balls.
  • Deep fry in oil/ghee over a low flame until it turns golden brown.
  • Sugar Syrup: Add equal measure of sugar and water, and then boil for 5-6 minutes. This pack needs 800gms of sugar and 800ml of water. "Measure" means a cup or container of your choice.
  • Soak the fried Gulab Jamun hot sugar syrup (20 min) until they completely absorb the syrup a serve

Serving tips: Add a pinch of rose essence or cardamom powder to the sugar syrup.
